We are delighted to announce that we are taking on new staff on both seasonal and permanent contracts! This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who has wanted to work directly with older people and join our phenomenal team!

We are looking for Home Support Workers to visit older people and help they with domestic tasks such as shopping, laundry and housework. This essential work allows older people to remain independent in their own homes! Workers will visit the same people, in close proximity to each other, for at least an hour and so have the opportunity to build up a rapport without rushing or driving all across town!

We also need another gardener to join our 2022 team. Again this is a fantastic way to really help older people enjoy their day-to-day lives and make their worlds a little bit bigger and more colourful!

No formal experience is necessary for either post though we would expect you to have done these kinds of tasks in your personal life. Excellent people skills are a must and we especially want to hear from people with a caring attitude!

We are currently able to provide a real living wage (£10.00 per hour) and work hard to keep costs low for older people whilst support our valued team members.
